  • How does Avum keep calendars aligned?

    Avum connects calendars and applies sync configurations so each tool has the visibility it needs without exposing more detail than you choose.

  • Which calendar providers can I connect?

    Avum currently supports Google and Microsoft calendar accounts. You can connect supported accounts from both providers to the same Avum account.

  • Can I use Avum with more than one calendar account?

    You can connect your own personal, work, and education calendar accounts, then decide what should sync between them. Individual accounts cannot be shared between people.

  • Can my data be stolen in the process?

    Protecting subscribers' sensitive data and personal calendars is our highest priority. Avum limits calendar access to what is needed to provide synchronization.

  • Can I control what details are shared?

    Yes. In Settings, with sync configurations you can hide event details, copy only availability, or keep selected calendars separate when privacy matters.

  • What can I customize in a sync configuration?

    Depending on your plan, sync configurations can adjust the following settings:

    • Event titles.
    • Event availability.
    • Event visibility—public or private.
    • Event confirmation status.
    • Event colors.
    • Synchronization start and end dates.
    • Days of the week to synchronize.
    • Additional options available in Advanced settings.

  • What happens when I disconnect a calendar account?

    Disconnecting an account makes its calendars unavailable and disables sync configurations that use them. Event copies already written to a destination calendar may remain.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel though your profile page by clicking the Paddle customer portal link.
